Services residents of: Alamo, Blackhawk, Clayton, Concord, Clyde, Danville, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pacheco, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, and Central County unincorporated areas within the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District service area.
Prior to your first visit you must read and submit: http://centralsan.org/documents/ResReW_App_and_Agree.pdf. Applicants must also attend a training on the proper use of recycled water.
There is a 300 gallon maximum fill per trip, but the number of trips per day is unlimited.
Brentwood Recycled Water Fill Station

Saturday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Prior to initial trip residents must complete the application http://www.brentwoodca.gov/civicax/filebank/blobdload.aspx?BlobID=28131 and participate in a short one-time training on the appropriate uses of recycled water. Residents also must provide a utility bill to show proof of residency.
Maximum fill of 300 gallons per trip. Trips per day is unlimited.
Pleasanton Fill Station

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00am – 12:00pm
Services residents of: Pleasanton, Dublin, and San Ramon
Residents must complete https://www.dsrsd.com/home/showdocument?id=929 and be trained in proper procedures prior to their initial fill.
Livermore Water Reclamation Plant

First time applicants must complete Water Reuse Permit for Residential Water and attend an orientation on recycled water.

Services residents of: Antioch, Bay Point and Pittsburg
On your first visit or at a scheduled training you must submit http://www.ddsd.org/home/showdocument?id=1187 and receive proper training on the uses of recycled water.
Redwood City Public Works Yard

Residents must attend a short 15 min training at the beginning of their application process. Currently trainings are held Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00pm.

Residents must compete http://www.isdp2.org/fill.html and be trained in proper procedures prior to their first fill up.
Maximum load is 300 gallons but you can return as often as you would like.
